Built for the people who build Florida
Florida Construction Media covers one subject: how Florida's builders, remodelers, and premium trades use video to win better work at better margins.

Most marketing advice written for contractors is recycled from other industries by people who have never stood on a slab at 7 a.m. or explained a change order to an unhappy client. We publish the opposite: specific, field-tested systems — what to film, what to say, what it costs, and what it returns — written for companies that sell craftsmanship, not the cheapest bid.
Who publishes this
Florida Construction Media is published by Stellar Media Collective, a video production studio in Sarasota that builds content systems for Florida's premium trades. That relationship is printed at the top and bottom of every page on this site — you should never have to wonder who is talking to you.
Before Stellar, its founder spent years earning a living on conversion — selling from stages, where you find out within the hour whether your message moves people to act. That discipline is the editorial filter here: we are less interested in what looks cinematic and more interested in what makes a homeowner pick up the phone.
Editorial standards
- No invented numbers. When we publish a model, the assumptions are printed with it. When we publish real results, we say where they came from. If we don't know, we say that too.
- No pay-to-play coverage. Nobody can buy a recommendation in an article.
- Disclosure, always. This publication is owned by a studio that sells video production. Articles that end with an invitation to work with Stellar are labeled as exactly that.
- Corrections. If we get a rule, rate, or regulation wrong, we fix the article and note the fix. Florida's rules change; our articles carry the date they were last checked.
